Our inspection procedure at Nice Denim is rigorous and in-depth. We think that paying close attention to the little things is essential to creating high-quality denim clothing, and our team of qualified inspectors makes sure that every denim product complies with our exacting requirements.
The denim is carefully inspected during the inspection process for any flaws or irregularities in the fabric, such as frayed threads, holes, or an uneven color. Any denim that doesn’t meet our requirements is placed aside for additional care or repair.
After the denim has been approved, it goes through a number of testing to make sure it satisfies our requirements for fit, comfort, and durability. We measure the denim’s stretch, shrinkage, recovery, as well as its resistance to abrasion and fading, using specialized instruments and equipment.
